2. Products and Services

We offer new and pre-owned oilfield equipment, industrial machinery, and related supplies. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Ordering and Quotes

Submitting an order form or quote request does not constitute a binding contract. An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance via email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or pricing errors.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices for custom or sourced equipment are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. Available payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other options as outlined on our checkout page. All payments must be received in full before goods are shipped unless a credit account has been established.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services and future orders for accounts with overdue balances.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

6. Inspections and Returns

All equipment must be inspected upon receipt. Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization. Returned goods must be in original condition, properly packaged, and accompanied by a return authorization number. Restocking fees may apply. Used/pre-owned equipment is generally sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Warranties

New equipment may carry manufacturer warranties as specified per item. Pre-owned equipment is sold "as-is" unless accompanied by a written limited warranty. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enedril Oilfield Equipment & Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Enedril Oilfield Equipment & Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Account Responsibility

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
